Author investigated Rh gene loci haplotype frequencies among Koreans. To obtaining data source, author surveyed several literatures, and collected their data. Using 353 Rh(D) positive persons and 1,131 Rh(D) negative persons, which were gathered
from 4
previous studies by other authors during 1978 to 1987, author calculated 2-locus and 3-locus haplotype frequencies. For estimatig 2-locus haplotype frequencies, Mattiuz equation and Darwinian fitness factor were used, and for 3-locus haplotype
frequencies author invented certain equation. The results of 3-locus were as followed; CDE 6.28%, CDe 57.51%, CdE 0%, Cde 0.64%, cDE 29.82%, cDE 29.58%, cDE 0.23%, cde 3.82%.
